1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Custom, limited-edition, or final sale items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something not-so-dope? If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective, don’t worry—we’ve got you.

Email us at support@thedopestshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

We’ll send you a replacement or offer a full refund—your choice.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4. Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or design?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return gets to us safely.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Used rolling trays, pins, or accessories
7. International Returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items. Please note:

We do not cover international return shipping costs.

Customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, it’s already in motion and can’t be stopped.
